Registration of an investment adviser does not imply a certain level of skill or training.

1. Advisory Business

Enrich Finance is a financial consulting and advisory firm that provides strategic financial guidance, cash flow optimization, and financial planning services to individuals and organizations.
We do not act as a broker-dealer, custodian, or portfolio manager. Our services are strictly advisory and educational in nature.

We work with clients to help them improve financial literacy, develop business strategies, and make more informed financial decisions. The scope of services may include, but is not limited to:

  • Financial and strategic consulting
  • Cash management and performance analysis
  • Forecasting, budgeting, and financial structure reviews
  • Business planning and capital allocation support

2. Fees and Compensation

Fees for our advisory services are typically charged on a fixed-fee or hourly basis, depending on the engagement scope.
All fees are agreed upon in advance and outlined in a written Advisory Agreement between Enrich Finance and the Client.

We do not receive commissions, referral fees, or other compensation from third parties in connection with the recommendations we provide.
Clients are responsible for any additional costs related to third-party services or platforms used in connection with our work.

3. Performance-Based Fees and Side-By-Side Management

Enrich Finance does not charge performance-based fees (fees based on a share of capital gains or investment performance).
We do not engage in any side-by-side management of multiple investment accounts.

4. Types of Clients

Our clients include:

  • Private individuals
  • Small and medium-sized businesses
  • Corporate teams and financial departments

There is no minimum account size required to engage our advisory services. Each engagement is assessed individually based on complexity and client goals.

5. Methods of Analysis and Investment Philosophy

Although Enrich Finance provides general financial and economic insights, we do not provide specific securities recommendations or portfolio management services.
Our analyses are based on publicly available data, client-provided information, and professional judgment.
We focus on helping clients interpret data, understand risk, and improve financial outcomes through strategy—not investment execution.

6. Disciplinary Information

Enrich Finance and its principals have no disciplinary history and are not subject to any past or pending legal or regulatory actions by the SEC, FINRA, or any other governmental authority.

7. Other Financial Industry Activities and Affiliations

Enrich Finance does not have affiliations with any broker-dealer, financial institution, or other advisory firm that would create a conflict of interest.
If any future relationship could result in a potential conflict, it will be fully disclosed to clients prior to engagement.

8. Code of Ethics and Personal Trading

We adhere to a strict Code of Ethics designed to ensure integrity, transparency, and professional conduct in all client interactions.
Our team may hold personal investments, but such holdings do not influence the advice provided to clients.
We avoid conflicts of interest and maintain confidentiality of all client data and strategies.

9. Brokerage Practices

Because Enrich Finance does not manage investment accounts or place securities trades, we do not select or recommend broker-dealers or custodians.
Clients remain in control of their own investment accounts at all times.

10. Review of Accounts

Formal reviews are conducted in accordance with each client’s engagement terms.
Since Enrich Finance does not manage accounts, we do not issue account statements or performance reports.
Clients are encouraged to periodically review their financial position and progress with our advisory team.

11. Client Referrals and Other Compensation

We do not participate in referral fee programs or pay compensation to third parties for client introductions.
Any partnership or referral arrangement that might arise will be disclosed in writing and require client consent.

12. Custody

Enrich Finance does not hold client funds or securities.
Clients maintain full control over their financial accounts, and any payments to Enrich Finance are made solely for advisory services.

13. Investment Discretion

We do not exercise discretionary authority over client investments.
All financial actions or investment decisions are made solely by the client.

14. Voting Client Securities

Enrich Finance does not vote proxies on behalf of clients. Clients are responsible for all proxy voting related to their own holdings.

15. Financial Information

Enrich Finance does not require or solicit prepayment of more than €1,200 (or equivalent) in fees per client, six months or more in advance.
We have no financial condition that is reasonably likely to impair our ability to meet contractual commitments to clients.
