Enrich is built to be safe to connect to. Your accounts link through Plaid in read-only mode, so Enrich can see your holdings but can never move money, place trades, or change your accounts. Your login details are never shared with or stored by Enrich; your data is encrypted, and Enrich never sells it.

Is Enrich safe to use?

Yes. Safety is built into how Enrich connects, in four ways:

Read-only access. Enrich can view your holdings, but cannot trade or move money.
Your login is protected. You connect through Plaid, and Enrich never receives or stores your credentials.
Your data is encrypted. Information is encrypted in transit and at rest.
It is never sold. Enrich does not sell your data or upsell you to AUM-based products.

Is Enrich safe to use?

No. Connections are read-only and one-way, from your institutions to Enrich.

Enrich has no trading authority and never takes custody of your money. You keep your existing accounts and place every trade yourself (see how connecting works). There is also no percentage-of-assets fee, so Enrich is never positioned to act on your balance.

Does Enrich see or store my passwords?

No. You log in through Plaid, and neither Enrich nor Plaid stores your login credentials or account numbers.

Connections are powered by Plaid, which is used by thousands of major financial apps and uses encryption and tokenized access so apps never handle your actual banking password (how Plaid protects your data).

How is my data protected?

Your data is end-to-end encrypted, both while it moves and while it is stored, and connections use tokens rather than your raw credentials.

Enrich connects through encrypted, read-only links, uses an SOC 2-certified data service, and limits access to what is needed to analyze your portfolio.

Does Enrich sell my data?

No. Enrich does not sell your data.

Enrich makes money from a flat subscription, not from your information. There are no ads and no data sales.

Is Enrich a legitimate company?

Yes. Enrich operates as an SEC-registered investment adviser and is certified and independently audited against SOC 2 standards.

Can I stop sharing or disconnect at any time?

Yes. You can disconnect an account in the app whenever you want, and you can manage or revoke access through Plaid as well.

No. Enrich does not sell your data. It is funded by a flat subscription, with no ads and no data sales.
